  • Knowledge of compliance and auditing systems required by regulatory bodies (CQC).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all procedures relative to the Mental Health Act are adhered to.
  • Maintain adequate records for detained patients.
  • Ensure patient rights related to detention are communicated.
  • Arrange correction of detention errors.

Education

GCSE level (or equivalent) with qualifications in English and Maths
