Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
- Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club as required.
- Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
- Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
- Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
- Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor operations.
- Experience and promote the products and services offered.
- Ensure the facilities are clean and well-maintained, supporting the team in upkeeping the club.
- Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
- Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.

- Outgoing with a positive attitude
- Proficient in administrative duties
- Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
- Willing to participate in learning opportunities to advance skills and career
- Capable of performing key holder duties as required
- Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
- Flexible to work shifts and support team needs
- Target-focused to support sales and retention goals
