Qualifications

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

As Membership Executive, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for members, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and feedback.
  • Assist with onboarding new members, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about the benefits, events, and community ethos.
  • Support the coordination and communication of member events, activities, and experiences.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members, ensuring a warm, personalized, and consistent level of service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the CRM system (PeopleVine).
  • Prepare reports and data summaries for the Membership Manager, including engagement metrics, renewals, and event participation.
  • Process membership applications, renewals, and payments in line with policy.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of membership communications and promotional materials.
  • Support event logistics and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and members.
  • Attend departmental meetings and provide updates on member feedback, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Membership Executive, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury environments with proven results and includes the following:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in guest relations, membership services, or front-of-house operations (preferably in luxury hospitality).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (PeopleVine experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for wellness and sustainability.
