Member Learning Coordinator

Location: Sutton Coldfield

Working Hours: 35 Hours per week, Hybrid (40% in the office)

Salary: £26,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and enhancing the Learn platform to support Member learning and career progression
  • Coordinating an annual programme of courses, qualifications, webinars and personal development events
  • Identifying, evaluating and negotiating with external training providers (online and face-to-face)
  • Overseeing delivery of Member education events at the Training Academy and online
  • Collaborating with internal departments, Home Unions and other associations to expand learning opportunities
