MEICA Lead | Water | Sussex Region

£70,000 - £75,000 + Car / Package

If you're a technically strong MEICA professional who enjoys taking ownership from start to finish, this one's worth a look.

You'll be working with a leading water contractor on the AMP8 framework across the Sussex region, leading either a major MEICA scheme or a cluster of £3-5m projects.

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines technical delivery, programme management, and collaboration with design, construction, and commissioning teams to make sure every project runs safely, on time, and to spec.

💡 The Role

• Lead MEICA delivery across one major project or several smaller clean and wastewater schemes
• Manage planning, procurement, and integration of all electrical, mechanical, and ICA works
• Support design development and ensure accuracy through the full project lifecycle
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance
• Liaise directly with clients and drive project milestones
• Work closely with civils, commissioning, and commercial teams to achieve programme goals

🔧 What You'll Need

• Proven experience in MEICA project delivery within the water industry
• Background in either electrical or mechanical engineering
• Experience managing projects from design through to commissioning
• Strong commercial and programme management understanding
• SMSTS or CSCS qualified and a full UK driving licence
• Confident communicator and capable team leader
