A healthcare provider in Torquay is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join their medicine optimisation team. You will play a key role in managing medications, conducting audits, and providing patient counselling. Exciting opportunity to join our medicine optimisation team based at our units within Torbay Hospital site.
You will be based within our inpatient team and will be an integral part of the Multidisciplinary Team and help to embed medicine optimisation pharmacy services. Your skills and experience will be pivotal in supporting this by ensuring pharmaceutical care and medicines optimisation are fully implemented to the highest standards.
