Medication Officer – Community Inpatient Unit

Care Plus Group are looking for Medication Officers to join their team at Community Inpatient Unit to support medications within the unit.

The Community Inpatient Unit is a bed‑based facility supporting people to recover and regain their independence following a period of illness, trauma, surgery, or significant event. It supports hospital discharges, prevents admission to hospital or long‑term care and promotes independent living. The unit is a multi‑disciplinary service with Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and care staff.

Please note that Care Plus Group are not currently registered to sponsor applicants from outside the EU and EEA.

You must have NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care and at least one year experience working in a health and/or social care setting, providing care to individuals. You must also have experience of handling medications and ideally have the Safe Handling of Medication Certificate.

Posts: 2 posts available – 2 x full time 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £24,968 per annum (pro rata for part‑time), fixed salary point.
