A community health organization based in Grimsby is seeking experienced Medication Officers for their Community Inpatient Unit. The role involves supporting patients with medication management while promoting independence. Candidates must have an NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care and a year of relevant experience. Care Plus Group are looking for Medication Officers to join their team at Community Inpatient Unit to support medications within the unit.
The Community Inpatient Unit is a bed‑based facility supporting people to recover and regain their independence following a period of illness, trauma, surgery, or significant event. It supports hospital discharges, prevents admission to hospital or long‑term care and promotes independent living. The unit is a multi‑disciplinary service with Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and care staff.

You must have NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care and at least one year experience working in a health and/or social care setting, providing care to individuals. You must also have experience of handling medications and ideally have the Safe Handling of Medication Certificate.

Posts: 2 posts available – 2 x full time 37.5 hours per week.
