We are working with a warm and welcoming all-through special school in Sutton that supports pupils aged 4–19 with complex medical needs, physical disabilities, and a range of SEND. About the Role

The school is seeking a Medical Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. You will be providing both educational and care-based support to pupils with medical and complex needs, ensuring they can fully participate in school life.

Your role will include:

  • Assisting pupils with medical and personal care needs (full training provided).
  • Supporting students in the classroom and during practical activities.
  • Helping to implement individual learning plans.
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and social interaction.
About You

The school is looking for positive, upbeat candidates who have a genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEND. They welcome applications from:

  • Experienced LSAs or TAs in SEND settings.
