At Berkshire Healthcare, we're seeking an experienced Medical Staffing Manager to lead a specialist team supporting all aspects of medical staffing across our 'Outstanding' Trust.
You'll bring your expert knowledge to manage a dedicated team with compassionate and inspiring leadership. The team has responsibility for doctors across the organisation, and you'll work closely with Trust senior management, stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality, effective medical workforce management.

This is a full-time 9-5 role, based at Prospect Park Hospital, Reading. Whilst presence on site is required, we are open to considering hybrid working options.
