This Medical Secretary position is a temporary role. The role involves working alongside three other Secretaries and Clerical Officers in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient scheduling of appointments, audio typing, and minute-taking via Teams. Reception cover is also required, making teamwork and adaptability essential.
The ideal candidate will have strong secretarial experience, excellent organisational skills, and a team-oriented approach.
