Overview

The Pall Mall Surgery has an opportunity for a medical secretary to join their team on a part-time basis, 12 hours per week, on Monday and Friday days.

Responsibilities

• Providing a full secretarial service including the typing of letters, reports, patient referrals, meeting minutes, memorandums, etc.
• Handling queries regarding hospital appointments and treatments.
• Designing template letters and forms for use throughout the practice.
• Maintaining the clinical system, in an accurate and secure manner.

About the Practice

The practice shares a wealth of experience from GPs, physician associates, nurse practitioners, frailty team, ECPs, nurses, associate practitioners, HCAs and our phlebotomists. We also have a large, knowledgeable administration team, who work closely with our clinical team providing excellent patient care, along with a dedicated and supportive work environment.
