£26,210 - £30,300 per annum (DOE)

Christchurch / Hybrid (Hybrid work available after 6-month probation period has been passed)

The company and the role:

As a Medical Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from our travel customers who are needing to declare their pre-existing medical conditions in line with the terms and conditions of their travel insurance policy.

  • Conducting comprehensive medical risk assessments using an automated system, to evaluate the level of medical cover we can provide
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of assessments and findings
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality
