A leading NHS Trust in Crewe is seeking a Medical Resourcing Officer to join the Medical Resourcing Team. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new member to join the Medical Resourcing Team at MCHFT.
As a Medical Resourcing Officer you will support our clinical divisions with the recruitment and temporary staffing arrangements of medical staff, providing administrative support and delivering a first‑class customer service.
The role is great for networking and building relationships with different departments. You will work closely with all medical staff, senior managers, HR teams, divisional service teams, executive directors, outside agencies and other Trust staff as necessary to meet service need.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to embrace and develop this fast‑paced and interesting role. You must be an effective communicator, possess excellent IT skills (Outlook, MS Teams, Microsoft Word and Excel), have excellent accuracy and attention to detail and be able to organise and prioritise your work.
This role is office based at Infinity House, Crewe and the working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00. Once you’ve settled in, and "learned the ropes," we can discuss a hybrid working pattern.
The Medical Resourcing Team are friendly and supportive; there is no I in Team! You need a strong work ethic as it is a busy role, however, we will provide you with all the training and support you need to establish yourself in the role.
