Responsibilities
  • Manage their own caseload of medical negligence matters effectively.
  • Handle claims involving Hospital Trusts, GPs, Dentists, and Ambulance Trusts.
  • Deliver accurate, reliable legal work in line with the firm’s risk management procedures.
  • Stay up to date with developments in medical negligence law.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, contacts, and referrers.
