Essential Knowledge & Experience
  • Extensive experience in Global Strategic Brand Lead in Ophthalmology, specialising in Retinal Diseases.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance.
  • Proven success in developing patient‑centered strategies.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (MD, PhD, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of innovative health solutions and patient‑centric approaches.
Educations/Qualifications
  • A medical degree (MD or equivalent) or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology recognised by one of the leading governing bodies from around the globe, or equivalent.
Additional Information
  • This is a permanent, full‑time position.
  • Location: Addlestone, United Kingdom, or other EU countries.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and a minimum 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
