A leading recruitment firm seeks an Accounts Manager to manage medical accounts for their clients. This pivotal role involves ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing billing and reporting processes. Candidates should have ACA/ACCA qualifications and experience managing financial services in a medical context. This position is hybrid, accommodating both regional and remote candidates, ensuring growth opportunities within the firm’s expanding operations.
I am partnered exclusively with a PE-backed Practice firm looking to strengthen their already high-performing Medical Accounts team. The firm has an impressive presence in this space, competing and clearing their competition even from the likes of larger, international firms, and have a surplus of clients ready to go. As such there is a need for an Accounts Manager who carries experience holding debriefs and performing final reviews with clients that are in the medical space, and with GPs especially.
You will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations for medical accounts, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day billing and reporting processes. You’ll also contribute to the development of junior staff, collaborate across departments to deliver a premium service, and work towards becoming a trusted advisor who can support business growth initiatives.
