About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and driven Media Marketing Manager to join the Europe Marketing team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. In this role you will be responsible for shaping and owning the North Europe media strategy in our key markets, evolving the media mix and testing innovative new formats, in collaboration with the media agency. As one of our regional marketing guardians, you will collaborate effectively with the wider EU, digital & retailer teams and inspire key stakeholders with your attitude to excellence, your imaginative creative flair, and your passion for getting things done. You will be the media expert in our markets and will lead campaign activations delivering best in class media plans, having ownership of creative development to deliver local relevance and reporting on campaign and media performance to the wider business.

Responsibilities
  • Own the development and implementation of the full funnel NEU media strategy, in collaboration with the marketing team, digital and media agency.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the EU media landscape, identifying the best channel mix to reach target customers both online and offline, delivering on brand funnel, retail sales KPIs and maximum ROI.
  • Bring thought leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, testing innovative new formats and shaping the future of Charlotte Tilbury's EU media plans.
  • Strive for efficiency and effectiveness through regularly reviewing media performance during and post campaigns, utilising insights to inform future media mix.
  • Closely collaborate with digital team for a fully integrated media buy and omni-channel approach, with focus on DTC channels.
  • Collaborate with PR on integrating paid and earned media and working on both micro and macro media partnerships.
  • Contribute to accurate media budget forecasting and actualisation of the regional marketing budget in line with sales targets.
  • Build exceptional relationships with category marketing, digital, PR, creative and the external media agency.
  • Confident in presenting the media strategy and post-campaign analysis to the wider team and senior stakeholders.
Who you will work with
  • You will report directly into our Head of Marketing, Northern Europe.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including the wider EU teams, Digital & Retailer teams.
  • You have extensive experience owning Online and Offline Media Buying either In-house or Agency, within Beauty, Fashion, Luxury or Retail.
  • Good knowledge of Offline Media channels (TV, VOD, OOH) as well as paid digital, with exceptional understanding of the EU Media landscape.
  • Experience in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair.
  • You are highly analytical, results driven with a commercial mindset, customer-centric, and can pivot around changing customer habits.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritise, and manage multiple stakeholders with ease.
  • You can work well on your own as well as part of a team and are a strong collaborator.
  • You have a flexible and professional attitude, are hungry to learn, and welcome challenge.
  • You have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills with great attention to detail and are results-driven.
  • You are an excellent communicator with fantastic English written and verbal skills. Bonus points if you speak any European languages.
  • A natural curiosity, passion and love for the beauty industry.
