Job description

Overview

Mechanical Project Manager required for a long standing business that is expanding its Modular division. You will join a strong and stable team with solid relationships with Tier 1 contractors, and you will be expected to build solid relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave management of mechanical projects, including scope, risk, cost, budget and resources.
• Manage M&E plantroom systems, prefabrication and modular building projects within the HVAC/Building Services sector.
• Cover residential, commercial and industrial buildings with a focus on data centre projects (data centre expertise highly desirable).
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders and contractors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in managing M&E plantrooms, modular construction and prefabrication within HVAC/Building Services.
• Experience across commercial and industrial buildings; data centre experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and mobilise project teams from cradle to grave, including scope, risk, cost and resources management.
