Key Responsibilities

• Full project ownership of large‑scale M&E fit‑outs, ensuring seamless execution from planning to handover
• Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all works meet program deadlines and budget constraints
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and design teams to drive projects forward, resolving technical challenges proactively
• Oversee financial performance, including procurement, cost control, change management, and value engineering
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, industry standards, and project‑specific requirements
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring all mechanical and electrical installations meet commercial‑grade performance criteria

• Proven experience in managing high‑value commercial M&E fit‑outs (£3M – £10M)
• Strong background in CAT A & CAT B office fit‑outs, corporate spaces, and retail developments
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, project sequencing, and installation methodologies
• Ability to lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers efficiently
• Commercially astute, with experience in budget management, procurement, and financial forecasting
• Holds relevant qualifications – CSCS (Black/White), SMSTS, First Aid, and industry‑specific certifications
