This role exists to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of technically demanding projects. It's vital to maintaining JCA's reputation for excellence in environments where downtime is not an option.

Responsibilities

As a Package manager, you'll oversee all aspects of on-site project delivery, including managing labour, materials, logistics, and subcontractors. You'll ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards while maintaining progress against programme timelines. The role involves stakeholder coordination, reporting, and leading teams in live, high-spec environments such as data centres and healthcare facilities, where precision and performance are critical.

Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent experience) Mechanical bias
  • CITB SSSTS certificate (or an approved equivalent)
  • IOSH Supervising Safely and a valid CSCS card relevant to the role (Black card desirable)
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Full UK driving licence and proven experience managing similar high-spec, live-site projects
