Our client, a well-established and respected building services provider, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Small Works Manager to oversee and grow their portfolio of small-to-medium commercial mechanical projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial mechanical service projects up to £100k.
  • Work collaboratively with the larger MEPH projects division to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
  • Oversee labour allocation and ensure efficient deployment of resources.
  • Maintain strong Health & Safety, quality and environmental standards across all projects.
  • Lead quoting, design, procurement, and delivery of mechanical works.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted representative on-site.
  • Support and contribute positively to the wider team environment.
  • Confidently survey and price plantrooms and associated systems.
