In this pivotal role, you'll be the go‑to expert for all things BMS using real‑time data to keep our systems running smoothly, efficiently, and sustainably. From diagnosing faults to fine‑tuning performance, your decisions will directly impact the energy footprint and reliability of our world‑class facilities. You'll be part of a talented, multi‑skilled maintenance team, supporting everything from planned upgrades to fast‑paced reactive fixes, ensuring our legendary studio never misses a beat. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a world‑class film and TV studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. The purpose‑built site houses 20 sound stages, production offices, workshops, an indoor water tank, and an extensive back‑lot with a clear horizon. WBSL includes the on‑site production rentals business, Warner Bros. Set Lighting & Rigging, which provides state‑of‑the‑art lighting equipment, scaffolding, and production supplies for stage and location shoots worldwide. In addition, Warner Bros. De Lane Lea, based in London, provides picture and sound post‑production services for film and TV, and has a dedicated dailies department on the lot at WBSL. Warner Bros. Leavesden Park, adjacent to the studio, offers modern and flexible office space for productions and is home to The WonderWorks, a bespoke childcare facility available to those working on site. With on‑site gym, café, and wellbeing room, WBSL provides the perfect home for productions and has become the studio of choice for many filmmakers worldwide.
This role is advertised as onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, Warner Bros. Discovery or your line manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
