Join a world-renowned aerospace and defence organisation as a Mechanical HVAC Engineer in Scotstoun 2 days per week

Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for a Mechanical HVAC Engineer to add to their talented, hardworking team in Scotstoun on an initial 12 month contract. Striving for innovation and creativity you can ensure no two days will be the same. This role will be offering £37.25 per hour inside IR35 / Umbrella

The Role

Applies specialist design knowledge in mechanical aspects of all Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) in order to resolve complex specialist design problems and issues.

  • HVAC systems design
  • Review outsourced work
  • Integrate systems into ship
  • Review calculations
You
  • Degree qualified in an engineering or other related discipline, although not essential.
  • 2-3 Years experience in HVAC systems design
  • 2-3 Years' experience in engineering or a defence related industry.
  • Experience and expertise, in Marine Engineering Systems
  • Experience in the design, build, integration, support and operation of Naval ships.
