Job summary

A specialist engineering services provider in Reading is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a 6-month contract covering Southern and Thames Water. Responsibilities include maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, and motors. Candidates must have a CSCS Card and be willing to acquire Thames Water Passport and EUSR Water Hygiene certification. Pay ranges from £22 to £25 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with pumps, gearboxes, and motor maintenance.
• CSCS Card is mandatory.
• EUSR Water Hygiene certification required (can be trained).
• Thames Water Passport is required (can be trained).

Responsibilities

• Work with client's engineer covering specific areas.
• Perform maintenance and replacements of machinery.
• Ensure compliance with necessary certifications.

• EUSR Water Hygiene (required - can be trained through us).

6 month contract.

Starting within the next month.

£22 - £25 per hour (depending on experience).
