A leading defence engineering company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Plymouth. You will deliver cutting-edge solutions and support naval programmes. Candidates should have mechanical engineering experience, preferably at the Engineer level, and knowledge of IPS and S-Series standards. This full-time role offers hybrid working arrangements and a competitive package.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of delivering cutting-edge supportability solutions for one of the UK’s most advanced naval programmes. Day-to-day, you’ll carry out a varied key role, working in a fast paced environment where you’ll be a vital part in developing Integrated Product Support (IPS) solutions for a new build Warship programme.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
