Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out mechanical repairs and servicing on rotating equipment including motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
  • Work to tight deadlines to meet customer expectations.
  • Support the wider team by undertaking related tasks when required.
  • Overhaul and reassemble a variety of industrial machinery and components.
  • Perform fault-finding and breakdown diagnostics on mechanical systems.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Complete workshop documentation accurately and hand over to the Workshop Supervisor or Manager.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar hands‑on mechanical role.
  • Ability to carry out basic mechanical fault‑finding.
  • Comfortable working with workshop documentation and procedures.
  • Experience with motors, gearboxes, and pumps.
