A senior leadership opportunity for an Associate Director (MEP) to drive project delivery, lead client relationships and support the continued growth of a high‑performing regional building services team. This role is ideal for someone confident leading large, complex projects while supporting commercial performance and business development.

The Opportunity

You will own major project workstreams, act as the primary client contact, and oversee multi‑disciplinary coordination across the full MEP spectrum. You’ll also play a key role in shaping local growth, supporting work‑winning and mentoring emerging leaders within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients, securing repeat and future opportunities
  • Lead major multi‑disciplinary schemes as main client contact
  • Drive project profitability, commercial performance and delivery standards
  • Contribute to bid preparation and strategic work‑winning activity
  • Support development of a growing regional office and help shape team culture
  • Delegate, manage and check delivery of engineering teams and specialists
  • Monitor expenditure, resource needs and report to senior management
  • Maintain technical quality, risk management and compliance
What You Need
  • Chartered engineer with strong technical understanding of MEP design
