Job Title : Mechanical Contracts Manager

Location : Maidstone, Kent (Office-Based with frequent London site visits)

Salary : £70K per year

The Role

As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will lead both employed staff and subcontractors in delivering live HVAC and plumbing projects, managing the full project lifecycle from enquiry to handover.

  • Oversee multiple mechanical projects across plumbing and heating systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Review technical specifications and ensure installations comply with regulatory and client standards.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and services are delivered efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with long-standing customers and subcontractors.

Full UK driving licence.
