Southampton City Council is seeking a proactive and experienced Mechanical Clerk of Works to monitor and inspect major refurbishment and new build projects across the Council's operational, housing, and investment properties - ensuring quality, compliance, and safety at every stage.

Location: Southampton
Contract: Rolling contract Term to Perm
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:15pm
Friday: 7:30am - 3:15pm
Salary: Competitive
Start Date: 8th December 2025
