Job description

A further opportunity has just been created due to planned growth and expansion to recruit a talented, experienced and skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join this stable organisation.

You will be responsible for completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks, inspections and required to complete daily, weekly, monthly and 6‑monthly PPM tasks adhering to SFG20 requirements.

Being a skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will be suitably qualified in either NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / HVAC or equivalent, and have experience with BMS controls, HVAC systems, UPS, standby power, lifts, boilers and HVAC systems.

This is a mobile/field based role mainly covering the Midlands and therefore we seek a trustworthy character happy to work well on their own and deliver great service and pride in your craft.
