Qualifications

• Experience as a Measured Building Surveyor.
• Confidence using laser scanning and/or total station equipment.
• Strong CAD skills and understanding of drawing standards.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CSCS card preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out measured building surveys using laser scanners.
• Capturing accurate spatial data for usable drawings.
• Producing floor plans, elevations, and 3D outputs.
• Working closely with clients and project teams.
• Ensuring quality and safety in all tasks.
