Key Responsibilities

• Classroom Leadership: Foster a stimulating and well-managed learning environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborative Working: Partner with the Head of Department and colleagues to share resources and ensure seamless lesson handovers.

• Professional Standards: Uphold school policies regarding safeguarding, behavior management, and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

• Full Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential, along with a degree in Mathematics or a related quantitative field.

• Secondary Experience: Proven experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 (GCSE) in a UK school.

• Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex mathematical theories clearly and build rapport with students quickly.

• Strong Management: Excellent classroom management skills and the adaptability to thrive in a new school setting.
