Training structure

4+1 Model : Train four days a week in school, with one day (Wednesdays) reserved for online PGCE study and professional development.

• Apr–Jul : Teach independently, refine your classroom management, complete your PGCE + QTS

What you'll need

• Passion for Maths and education
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Commitment to learning and developing as a teacher
