Job summary

A leading football club in Lancing is looking for a Matchday Steward to help ensure the safety and smooth operation of events at the Training Ground. This role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to be part of a team, with full training provided for all candidates, no previous experience necessary. Being 18 or older is a requirement. Ad-hoc hours will be scheduled according to the Academy calendar, including weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

  • No prior qualifications are needed, full training will be provided.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Club in managing academy matches and event days safely.
  • Ensure events run smoothly at the Training Ground.

We are seeking individuals to help ensure events at our Training Ground in Lancing run safely and smoothly. In this role, you will support the Club in delivering effective and safe management of academy matches and event days. You will need to be adaptable and ready to take on a variety of positions and responsibilities across different areas of the Training Ground.

About you

If you enjoy interacting with lots of people, have excellent communication skills, and take pride in being a reliable team player, then you could be a great fit for our training ground team. You don’t need to hold any qualifications or have any previous experience as full training will be provided ahead of your first matchday. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be 18 years or older.
