Job summary

A local football club is seeking a Match day & Event Steward to assist in the co-ordination of supporters and maintain safety during events. Responsibilities include monitoring crowds, managing emergency situations, and ensuring spectator compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have NVQ Level 2 spectator safety and ideally experience in customer service. Friendly communicators who can work well in a team are encouraged to apply. This role is on-site at the stadium.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 spectator safety required.
• Experience within customer service would be an advantage.
• Good communicator, friendly and can work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with co-ordination of supporters and visitors.
• Monitor the crowd throughout the ground for signs of distress.
• Conduct pre and post match briefing.
