Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to produce quality food under pressure.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to the required specification.
• Assist with menu creation and prep during pre-match days.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standards.
• Manage stock control, waste, and portioning efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with Front of House and Management teams.
• Comply with all Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH regulations.

Skills

Experience in large-scale banqueting or event catering

Team player with a positive attitude

Strong work ethic

Education

Valid Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergen certificates

NVQ Level 1, 2, or 3 in Professional Cookery

Tools

Own knives and knife case

Uniform: chef whites, trousers, and safety shoes
