Job Title: Master Vehicle Technician / Master Car Mechanic Location: Leamington Spa Salary: £45,000 Basic + Efficiency Bonus (OTE £54,000) Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30 NO WEEKENDS

The Role:

• Diagnostics: Using the latest diagnostic tools to identify faults.
• Maintenance: Performing servicing, cam belts, and general repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Quality: Accurately documenting service work and video health checks (VHCs).
• Safety: Ensuring all vehicles meet safety and VOSA standards.

What We Need From You:

• Qualification: You MUST hold an NVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• EV & Hybrid Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanic/Technician within the automotive industry.
• Tools: You must possess your own comprehensive tool kit.
• Licence: A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is essential (maximum 6 points).
• Right to Work: Please note we cannot offer sponsorship; you must have the right to work in the UK.
