Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Hyundai requirements, including preparing technical reports.
• Read and understand all job cards before commencing work.
• Report any additional work or parts required to the Workshop Controller for customer authorisation before starting that work.
• Protect customers' cars from damage while in the workshop environment.
• Complete necessary documentation for warranty work and be responsible for labeling and safekeeping of all warranty displacement parts.
• Ensure displaced parts for disposal are made unusable.
• Keep special tools and equipment in good order and notify of any problems immediately.
• Maintain the work bay and surrounding areas in a clean and tidy fashion.
• Work in a manner that adheres to HMUK safety policy and procedures.
• Ensure technical reports are correctly prepared as measured by Hyundai Warranty and Operating Standards Audits.
• Ensure all work is performed to the highest standard as measured by Hyundai Customer Satisfaction Reports.
• Work as efficiently as possible as measured by Hyundai Monthly Dealer Composite Reports.

Person Specification
