Great data is the difference between guessing and growing. We’re looking for a proactive Junior Master Data Analyst to help us transform raw information into a high-value asset. Sitting at the heart of our Data operations, you’ll help us move beyond basic data maintenance to find the 'hidden wins'—improving workflows, supporting AI-driven insights, and ensuring our data directly powers better business decisions.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

You will be the guardian of our data integrity and a champion for smarter workflows:

  • Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end creation, maintenance, and deactivation of master data.

  • Quality & Audit: Perform root-cause analysis and validation routines to ensure data is accurate and consistent.

  • Insights & Reporting: Support the development of dashboards (Power BI/Pyramid) to monitor KPIs and identify process inefficiencies.

  • Innovation: Help deliver projects involving process automation, AI-powered validations, and improved commercial workflows.

  • Data Mapping: Assist with documenting data flows, definitions, and ownership models across the business.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a blend of technical curiosity and a sharp eye for detail.

  • Domain Knowledge: A foundational understanding of master data domains (e.g., product, customer, vendor).

  • The Toolkit: Exposure to reporting or visualization tools (Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, or Access) and comfort using Google Workspace.

  • Process Mindset: An interest in process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and a desire to learn how data drives commercial value.

  • Analytical Rigor: High attention to detail with the ability to clean, transform, and prep datasets for complex analytics.

  • Communication: The ability to work across functions, driving the adoption of data standards and supporting team training.

What We’ll Offer You:

  • Competitive salary

  • Benefits include: Pension (4%), Life Assurance, Electric Vehicle Scheme,, GymFlex, WeCare ERP + Toothfairy, Perkbox, Taste Card

  • 24 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing 1 day per year up to 29 days)

  • Ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential.

  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

  • Career growth and development opportunities.

  • Supportive and inclusive company culture.
