A UK-based charity seeks a Mass Participation Assistant to support fundraising efforts. In this role, you will coordinate daily activities, engage with supporters, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative processes and strong customer service skills. You will be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional supporter experiences and improving fundraising effectiveness.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Annual leave: 33 days (plus eight bank holidays)
Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK as a Mass Participation Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of the charity’s mass participation fundraising programme by coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring an exceptional experience for our supporters.
