Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide key administrative and operational support to help drive the growth of our Marketplace business across international markets. You will work closely with the Country Manager and wider team to ensure our products are accurately forecasted, efficiently produced and consistently in stock across Amazon marketplaces.

  • Work with the Country Manager on daily administrative tasks that support the wider Marketplace team.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, ensuring accuracy and clear insights for decision‑making.
  • Manage monthly stock location reports for internal audits.
  • Support with country‑level product forecasting, helping to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Ensure stock is produced, packed and prepared on time at THG warehouses globally.
  • Coordinate deliveries to Amazon fulfilment centres, maintaining deadlines and minimising out‑of‑stock risk.
  • Monitor stock levels across marketplaces and work with internal teams to resolve any supply issues quickly.
  • Assist with tasks inside Amazon Seller Central (training provided).
  • Support listing maintenance, basic catalogue updates and operational checks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A motivated individual with a strong desire to learn, grow and build a career in e‑commerce/marketplace operations.
  • Someone who enjoys working towards targets, KPIs and team goals.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, analyse and present data, or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Some exposure to Amazon Seller Central is beneficial but not essential.
  • European language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a bonus.
