Driven by shared success, PMG leverages business strategy and transformation, creative, media, and insights—as well as its proprietary operating system, Alli—to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions and innovative media strategies.

Our team comprises over 900 employees globally, and our work for ambitious brands like Apple, Nike, Sephora, Experian, Therabody, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Creed Fragrances, BNY, Intuit, CKE Restaurants, Travelex, and Whole Foods spans 85+ countries.

Who You Will Be Working With

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave, with potentially leading to a permanent position.

At PMG, the Marketing team is more than a support function - it’s a strategic partner helping shape how we show up in the world. We tell the PMG story through content, communications, events, and experiences that resonate with the audiences that matter most - from clients and prospects to employees and industry peers.

You'll collaborate with teammates across departments to bring ideas to life through thoughtful campaigns, compelling narratives, and memorable moments. Whether it's launching new services, building brand awareness, activating a client experience, or elevating internal culture, your work will directly impact how people experience and connect with PMG.

We’re a team that values clarity, creativity, and collaboration - and we’re always looking for ways to evolve, improve, and stretch the boundaries of what marketing can do. From high-impact executive comms to social campaigns that keep us culturally relevant, we’re here to move the brand forward - together.

As a Senior Lead in Marketing, if you're energised by meaningful storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and work that drives visibility and connection, this is the team where your voice - and your ideas - will make a difference.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead high-impact marketing, communications, and event strategies that strengthen PMG’s brand and support business priorities.
  • Own the full lifecycle of major initiatives - including campaigns, events, and communication efforts - ensuring alignment with brand standards, budgets, and timelines.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executives and internal teams, translating business goals into compelling messaging and engagement strategies.
  • Oversee content and channel strategy across digital, print, and social platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with audience needs.
  • Apply market insights, performance data, and audience feedback to guide strategic decisions and optimise programme effectiveness.
  • Build systems, tools, and scalable processes that enhance efficiency and quality across teams and functions.
  • Lead collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of high-visibility initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the broader team.
  • Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and ethical standards across all initiatives.
  • Some roles may also include responsibilities in Events & Experiences and/or Communications & Public Relations, depending on the focus of the position.

Events & Experiences

  • Direct the vision, strategy, and execution of events and experiences that bring the PMG brand to life.
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and budgets to deliver memorable, on-brand experiences.
  • Drive continuous innovation in the events programme based on performance data, trends, and stakeholder feedback.

Communications & Public Relations

  • Lead the planning and co-ordination of high-level internal and external communications, including executive messaging and announcements.
  • Serve as a strategic adviser on tone, timing, and messaging for organisational communications.
  • Develop communication frameworks, tools, and best practices that enable clear, consistent messaging at scale.

What You Will Bring

  • Extensive years of experience in marketing, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, with the ability to align content, media, and creative strategies across paid and owned platforms.
  • Skilled in using marketing tools such as CMS platforms, social media management systems, email marketing tools, and basic analytics dashboards to support and optimise campaigns.
  • Ability to synthesise performance data into actionable insights, inform strategic recommendations, and support campaign optimisation.
  • Comfortable managing timelines, creative workflows, and cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and its application across digital and traditional marketing channels to drive engagement and brand consistency.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritising client success with a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
  • A dedication to People-Focused leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by leading by example and nurturing strong relationships that empower others to excel.
