A dynamic sports brand in the running space is looking for a marketing professional to drive their retail strategy and manage ambassador relationships. This role requires a minimum of 4 years marketing experience and a passion for building a challenger brand. You will be responsible for retail partnerships, events, and program activations to enhance brand visibility. This role is for someone who dreams of building a challenger brand in the running space from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Ed (founder) and the wider team to deliver on our marketing strategy across digital, events and retail. We’re looking for someone with a broad set of marketing & sales skills with a specific hunger to lead on taking our retail partnerships, activations and ambassador programme to the next level (UK+EU+US). Sense of humour, massive ambition and a thirst for adventure are a must.

Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience. Sales experience beneficial but not mandatory.
