What you'll be doing:

As a Marketing Planner, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of our offline marketing campaigns—from annual planning through to post-campaign reviews. You'll be responsible for executing campaigns that drive commercial performance, working closely with creative, distribution, and category teams to ensure every element is aligned with our business goals. Your role will be key in optimising sales, margin, product mix, and inventory, while ensuring our plans are locally relevant and strategically sound.

Key responsibilities:
  • Managing campaign operations including brochures, flyers, and merchandising strategies.
  • Localizing pricing, offers, and content to suit market needs.
  • Planning and delivering content for Rep Magazine in line with commercial goals.
  • Supporting RGM strategy and ensuring profitable campaign execution.
  • Forecasting and reporting on campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
What we're looking for:
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including category or brand management.
  • Strong commercial planning skills and understanding of category management.
  • Excellent coordination, collaboration, and communication abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with high accountability for business results.
