You will be working as part of the team to support the marketing activities for one of the best known and admired brands in the world, providing a back‑office support for all teams including duties such as: Timesheet management (Contractors), Contract renewals, Recruitment admin, On‑boarding, Invoicing, System access and IT Support.

Skills & attributes
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience within an office environment.
  • Good experience in Excel, or equivalent spreadsheets.
  • Self‑motivated – will need to be able to juggle priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, independent, responsible attitude.
  • Task ownership and able to request support when needed.

  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
Hours of work
  • 37.5 hour week.
  • Discretionary performance based bonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performance.
  • Defined Contribution Pension (up to 4% employee, up to 8.5% employer).
  • Flexible Benefits allowance of £660 per annum, e.g. dental insurance, healthcare cash plan, holiday buy/sell, gymflex, travel insurance etc.
