Role: Marketing & Office Coordinator

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

Working Pattern: 1 day work from home (schedule permitting)

We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing & Office Coordinator to join a small, close-knit team at a leading asset management firm. This varied role offers exposure to marketing, project coordination, events, and office operations, providing the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business.

Role Overview
  • Managing marketing initiatives and maintaining brand consistency across materials and channels.
  • Overseeing social media content, calendars, and client-facing materials.
  • Supporting projects: scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and assisting with sustainability data.
  • Planning and coordinating corporate events, from venue selection to post-event follow-up.
  • Providing general office support, including diary management, administrative tasks, and document organisation.
Desirable Candidate
  • Skilled in communication and writing across digital and traditional formats, with proficiency in design tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects, and confident building relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders. Familiarity with project coordination, RFPs, or document management is a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, and solutions-focused, with attention to detail and confidence to work with senior leaders and external partners.
