A leading technology company in Greater London is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive marketing campaigns and initiatives within the YouTube UK team. In this role, you will manage creator marketing programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in marketing, especially in digital and social media, and possess a Bachelor's degree. This position offers the opportunity to shape user engagement and drive adoption of YouTube’s products and initiatives.

We’re also responsible for all of YouTube’s marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers.
As the Marketing Manager on the UK YouTube Marketing team, you will support the YouTube flywheel by engaging creators and helping to ensure the company’s license to operate. In this role, you will drive creator marketing campaigns and responsibility initiatives in the UK, which includes leading key creator and responsibility programs, campaigns and events, including many UK cultural moments. You will manage the efficient delivery and execution of marketing campaigns and experiments, oversee performance tracking, and collaborate effectively with global, cross‑functional teams and external agencies.Overall, this role is about driving marketing outcomes and helping to form guiding principles for the launch and growth of YouTube’s mission in the market, by creating impact with our partners and stakeholders.
