Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager – Communications to join our high-performing Marketing team at Flint Bishop. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and strategic communicator to shape and deliver impactful campaigns that enhance our brand, drive business growth, and strengthen our reputation in the marketplace.

As we continue to expand nationally with new offices and markets, you will play a pivotal role in executing firm-wide communications strategies that align with our business development and growth objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Creative Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator, you will develop and deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels—including PR, events, social media, thought leadership, and digital content.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to accelerate their career within a leading law firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage firm-wide communications strategies to support growth and brand visibility.
  • Develop and oversee scalable, efficient content management processes and maintain the firm’s content calendar.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of channels, including articles, brochures, proposals, digital campaigns, and client communications.
  • Implement and manage PR strategies, including press releases, media placements, award submissions, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing events with both regional and national impact.
  • Manage digital channels, including website content, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Identify advertising, sponsorship, and trade show opportunities that align with strategic objectives.
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide business intelligence on competitors, sector trends, and emerging opportunities to inform marketing and business development activities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Extensive experience of copywriting/content creation experience, ideally within professional services.
  • Proven experience delivering marketing plans, campaigns, and business development initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and market awareness.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Proficiency in tools such as WordPress, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
  • Degree-level education (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in professional services marketing (legal, financial, or consulting sectors) would be desirable.
  • Knowledge of bid/tender processes and award submissions would be desirable
