A leading pet care organization is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Watford. The successful candidate will lead creative development and campaign management, ensuring effective engagement and retention strategies. Location: Hybrid (typically 2 days per week in Watford)
We’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team and play a key role in shaping how we engage, acquire and retain more owners and their pets.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning, creative development and co‑ordination of the channel owners to deliver integrated brand and acquisition campaigns that build awareness, consideration, conversion and advocacy/loyalty. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll own the overall campaign process from planning to creative brief and ensuring asset delivery from channel owners – working closely with our in‑house team, agency partners and channel owners to ensure every campaign is insight‑led, creatively compelling, and delivered on time and on budget. You’ll collaborate with channel owners across CRM, digital acquisition, community marketing, social, and PR to ensure campaigns are fully integrated, consistent, and effective across every touchpoint.
