Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Marketing Manager (up to £40,000 + Benefits) to join a thriving real estate business in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of creative strategies, shape online presence, and work with a supportive team who truly value the impact of social and marketing.

The role is 5 days a week in Northampton with occasional visits to properties for content capture.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Developing and executing engaging multi-channel social strategies.
  • Creating and curating content across formats: copy, graphics, video, stories, reels.
  • Managing content calendars and scheduling posts.
  • Building relationships with online communities, responding to comments and messages.
  • Running paid social campaigns and optimising performance.
  • Tracking KPIs and delivering monthly performance reports with insights.
  • Designing marketing materials (e.g. leaflets), coordinating with printers and delivery partners.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing brand social accounts with measurable results.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite (or similar).
  • Experience running paid social campaigns and analysing performance.
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and always up to date with digital trends.

  • Delivering high engagement and authentic brand presence.
  • Achieving strong ROI from paid campaigns.

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive, and quality-driven team with exceptionally low staff turnover. The role is based in the Northampton office, with occasional travel to properties to capture fresh, engaging content.
